We use maple selected from local mills and only use domestic maple plywood for all of our panel work. We do not use particleboard. Most of our cabinets will come fully assembled with the top unattached.
Some of our larger cabinets will be in 2 or 3 sections depending on the size and layout. We do not build our cabinets in the traditional way that a kitchen cabinet shop does. Meaning we do not build individual cabinets then assemble them together to make one cabinet. This type of cabinet making requires more material to build and individual end and back panels need to be applied.
Our cabinets are made in one piece and have finished ends and backs. The final product is more like a piece of furniture rather than a kitchen cabinet. Functional and beautiful.
